10 Step Quick Start Guide

1. Access S.C.A.L.

2. Download S.C.A.L. Mobile Application

3. Update Settings within S.C.A.L. 

  • Login to S.C.A.L. on a computer
  • Go to settings on the left menu panel

4. Update Calendar Availability For Each User - Watch Video

  • Go to Team Management
  • Select user --> Edit
  • Click User Availability
  • Edit the hours
  • Click Save

5. Optional - Integrate your Google Calendar

5. How to view appointments - Watch Video

  • Click Scheduling on the left menu panel
  • Click Calendar
  • Select Teams Calendar - "Credit Advisors"

6. Using Tags - Watch Video

Tag help organize leads based on specific actions/outcomes

  • To add tags to a contact

- Go to contact profile

- Scroll down to "Tags

- Search the tag you want to add

  • Launch+ Tags below:

Show - When a lead shows up to a consultation

- No show - When leads don't show to a consultation

- Interested - Leads that are interested in your program after completing a consultation

- Not Interested - Leads that are not interested in your program after completing a consultation

- Sale In Process - When a lead is in the process of enrolling

- Follow Up - Leads that you want to follow up with in the future

- Deal Won - Leads that enroll

- DND - Do not contact

  • PRO Tags
    • Level 1 Appointment
    • L1 - No Show
    • L1 - Show
    • Level 2 Appointment - appointments set by your lead development rep with your qualified prospects on your personal calendar
    • L2 - No Show
    • L2 - Show
    • Level 3 Appointment - A follow-up appointment after the consultation set by you/advisor with your prospect.
    • Transfer - When a lead is "qualified" & live transferred to you/team

7. Conversations - Watch Video

All email, text, and call communications with each lead
